The Company is one of the pioneers in Indonesia’s property developer. The Company’s grand work includes apartments, house/shop complex, residential and hotels. Some of property products highlights of The Company are : Marina Coast Royal Residence, Marina Coast The Green, Marina Coast The Bukit, De' Cove, Northland Apartment, Puri Jimbaran Residence also resort product such as Ancol Puri Marina and Coasta Villa Residance.

Not only focusing on the development of recreation business, the Company also boosts the property sector in one of its business units. The projects, to name some are Northland Apartments in Pademangan, Jaya Ancol Seafront condominium and town house in West Ancol, and exclusive residential Coasta Villa Beach Resort Living and Ancol Courtyard of Marriott Hotel. With the more complete rides and lodging facilities in Ancol, the number of visitors continues to increase from year to year about 3–5 %.

The Company set up few steps to support business development to answer these opportunities. Currently, recreational segment provide the largest contribution to the company's operating revenues. However, the Company is optimistic that increased revenues from property and services segments will occur in 2014. Ongoing projects will support the Company’s establishment as a market leader in the recreation industry including development segment. They are the construction of a four-star hotel, Dufan Ocean development, also development of several prestigious property projects, namely Ancol Northland Apartments, Coasta Villa exclusive residence, Jaya Ancol Seafront, and additional land bank through reclamation.
